The location of the hotel is convenient, with amenities nearby and within walking distance of family. the garden is essential and enjoyable. the rooms are clean and the hotel is in a desirable area. the towels, although small, were provided upon request.

Issues with maintenance and lack of attention to detail, such as broken curtain rails and lamps, missing lampshades and mirrors, limited hanging space, and insufficient instructions for appliances.

The bathroom was a delight! It had a lovely, deep bath that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Being a disabled guest, I really appreciated this feature and it made my stay even more enjoyable.

That there was only one bathroom in the room, which might be inconvenient for larger groups. But that's just my personal opinion!

During my recent trip to Hereford, I had the opportunity to stay at Walcott Villa for a brief period. As a frequent traveler, I often seek hotels for transit purposes, and this hotel fulfilled this requirement perfectly. The nearest airport, located just 40 km away, made it extremely convenient for me to catch my connecting flight.

I must mention that I was disappointed by the lack of response from the property owner when I reached out to them regarding some issues with the house. It would have been appreciated to receive a timely response and some assistance in resolving my concerns.

As a senior woman, it was also wonderful to see that the hotel had taken into consideration the needs of older guests. The accessibility options, such as ramps and handrails, made moving around the hotel easy and safe for me.

I would have appreciated a larger selection of activities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have organized outings or social gatherings that catered to our interests and provided opportunities to meet and connect with other senior vacationers.

One thing we really enjoyed was the lovely garden, it was a great addition to our visit and we spent a lot of time there. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 👍.

Always come back here, no regrets. Found my lost id card, staff helped. Perfect place for me, has Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, kitchen utensils. Allows pets, no smoking. Coming back for city break.
